We may modify the terms and conditions from time to time and without notice. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.

Orders & Payments:
The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.
We are also happy to take orders over the phone or via email if preferred. Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
To process an order manually, please contact us directly with details of your order, preferred payment method, your shipping address, email address, and phone number.
We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, Shopify Payments or Afterpay, which are all secure online payment gateways.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your product.
Shipping:

Intellectual Property:
Your use of this site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the products and any other items on this site.
All such items including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You are permitted to use the items only as expressly authorized by Marlbro House. Any reproduction or redistribution of the items is prohibited.
Marlbro House attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Marlbro House does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Orders:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, Marlbro House will refund the customer for that item.
Marlbro House offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. However, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently our delivery times are subject to change. Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy advance payment orders which receive priority.
Emails:
We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours, during business hours, Monday to Friday. During sale times we may take a little longer to reply as we are a family business so please bear with us.
Sale Items:
All orders are final. See refunds section.
No changes to orders or combining of separate orders once they have been placed.
Any other promotions, offers, or discounts cannot be used during the sale period.
Social Media Giveaways/Competitions
1. You must be following our instagram page.
2. Comment on the original post (not a shared post)
3. Entrants must be residents of Australia & over 18 years of age.
4. One (1) comment is equal to one (1) entry.
5. No changes can be made to the giveaway items. E.g. No change to style or colour or item combination.
6. Make sure your profile is public so that we can see your shared post.
The competition closes on the date as stated in the competition post. Winner will be announced within 24-48 hours via our Instagram page (@marlbrohouse).
The competition winner is determined by generating a random comment via commentpicker.com
The competition winner is required to contact us via Instagram messenger or calling us on (03)54937577 to organise shipping/pick up.
Confirmation of identification will be required.
The competition winner decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in the case of a dispute.
This competition is being conducted by Marlbro House and is not endorsed, administered by, or directly associated with Instagram/Facebook.
Please note: there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promocodes. Marlbro House does not offer refunds on items that are showing our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.
